Candace marked her 30th wedding anniversary on Instagram with a nostalgic and heartfelt tribute to Valeri

The couple shares three grown children: Natasha, Lev, and Maksim

Candace Cameron Bure and Valeri Bure are celebrating three decades of marriage.

On Monday, June 22, the Full House and Fuller House star marked her milestone 30th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt tribute to her husband on Instagram.

The couple's 1996 wedding was featured in the pop culture magazine Teen Beat, which was geared toward teenagers and ran from 1967 to 2007. Candace, 50, shared a throwback wedding portrait of herself and Valeri, 52, from the magazine alongside other photos of them over the years together, and playfully wrote in the caption, "Teen Beat may be no more but this love beats forever!!! ❤️❤️❤️."

"Today we celebrate 30 YEARS of choosing each other every single day," she continued. "Through every season, every adventure, every challenge, and every blessing, I'm so grateful we get to do life side by side. And with three of the coolest kids and TWO grandbabies on the way?? My heart is fuller than I ever could've imagined. 🥹💫."

Candace met the former professional hockey player at one of his hockey games in 1994, and they wed two years later. Since then, they've welcomed three children: daughter Natasha, 27; son Lev, 26; and son Maksim, 24.

Candace and Valeri will soon be grandparents, as Natasha and her husband, Bradley Steven Perry, announced on May 7 that they're expecting their first child together. Later that month on May 28, Lev and his wife, Elliott Bure, announced that they're expecting their first baby too.

In an exclusive statement, Candace told PEOPLE in May that she is "overwhelmed with joy" to be becoming a "Candy Gram.

"I am overwhelmed with joy right now! Becoming a grandmother is something I have dreamed about," she said, adding, "I'm celebrating answered prayer — to be a 'Candy Gram' and enter this season with time to cherish and savor every moment. This year is already becoming one of the best of my life."
