Khloé said her eldest daughter had “saved me more times than I can count” over the eight years of her life, “simply by being you.”
She added: “You make me want to be better every single day, not just for you and Tatum, but because OF you and Tatum.”
Khloé shares True and Tatum Thompson, 3, with her former partner, NBA player Tristan Thompson, 35. The pair dated for five years from 2016 until 2021.

The endearing pictures showed True partying with her cousins, Saint West, 10, Dream Kardashian, 9, and Chicago West, 8, along with her brother, Tatum, and her grandmother, Kris Jenner, 70.
Dad Tristan and his 19-year-old brother, Amari Thompson, were also in attendance.
After True’s birthday party, Khloé continued to rent the indoor adventure park in Woodland Hills, California, and donated it to children and parents supported by the local family shelter charity, Hope the Mission.
The Good American co-founder paid for food and games and the kids had the entire space for themselves.
In Tuesday’s Instagram upload, Khloé also included a video speaking to True after the event. Khloé asked: “We have just finished her incredible birthday party. Did you have fun?” True beamed and replied: “Yes!”
This isn't the first time the entrepreneur has spoken candidly about motherhood.
Soon after welcoming Tatum in 2022, Khloé told Elle that she loved "everything" about being a parent.
"I know it's cliché, but I love everything, even the hard parts," the star said, adding that her children "challenge" her "as a person," but that "being able to shape little people into really incredible big people is an honor and a gift."
"We have to take those roles seriously, especially in today's day and age, with how much accessibility children have and the information they're exposed to so young. It's super scary, but I take my job very seriously. I love it so much," she concluded.
