Nannies have seen it all — but nannies for the richest families have some of the craziest tales to tell.
In the new Hulu reality series Million Dollar Nannies, a group of eight young nannies for the elite travel to Ibiza for a summer with the goal of launching a nannying agency for VIP clientele. Through the show's eight episodes, all of which are streaming now, the nannies compete for high-profile gigs and get an inside look at the strange and luxurious world of the uberrich and their children.
In an interview with PEOPLE, four of the show's cast members — Leah Barrs, 31, Jack McCann, 22, Tamaya Denae, 23, and Sydney Siegel, 28 — break down some of their wildest stories from nannying for the top 1%.
Barrs, whose nannying resume includes a few kiddos from the Kardashian-Jenner clan, says the job comes with massive perks, as long as you're willing to juggle the unpredictability of the schedule.

The "craziest request" she's received from a family, she tells PEOPLE, was to come along with the family on a vacation to Europe with a mere 24 hours of notice. "So I had pretty much 24 hours to plan or pack everything for a month," she says.
And once, she continues, she was asked by her family to fire their nail technician — though she ultimately turned down the ask, as she believed it crossed the line.
But, on the plus side, Barrs says she's been treated with a six-figure salary, and she's often showered with birthday gifts, Christmas bonuses and the opportunity to tag along on international trips.
To Denae, the biggest perk is the amount that her family pays for while she's working: If she spends most of the day with her kids, she's eating most of her meals on their dime. And, she adds, she often doesn't have to get as dressed up as she might if she were headed to a standard office job.

"I wear pajamas to work sometimes," she says. "It's just so easy. I guess that's the perk — no makeup, just showing up and doing my job."
McCann's wildest nannying moment was actually captured in an episode of Million Dollar Nannies: While he was trying out as a nanny for the influencers "Our 3 Dads" — a family of three fathers who co-parent two twin children — he was asked to spray tan his potential clients.

"That was not something I was ever planning to do," he tells PEOPLE. "It was gross. Spray tan smells bad, too."
Siegel's craziest request was also featured in the series: While she was interviewing for a nannying gig with her family, she was asked to use Louis Vuitton-branded chopsticks. "It was so strange that they made me do that," she says.
Given the nature of the industry, Siegel admits that it can often be difficult to put your foot down when asked to do something that might cross one of your boundaries.
"It's really hard to say no," she tells PEOPLE. "We get the weirdest requests that you pretty much just say yes to everything."
