Tom Brady is soaking up some sun with friends.
The retired NFL quarterback, 48, was photographed ringing in New Year’s Day alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, on a yacht in the tropical paradise of St. Barths.
Brady could be seen wearing a green shirt, a white cap and sunglasses as he hung out with the One Battle After Another star, 51, and his entourage, who included his 27-year-old model girlfriend and a few others.
At one point, Brady and DiCaprio chatted with each other before enjoying the sunny weather and relaxing. Ceretti could be seen walking around the yacht in a brown bikini and taking a moment to unwind with her boyfriend.

Just one day earlier, Brady was spotted chatting and dancing with Alix Earle at an event in St. Barths. In a video obtained by PEOPLE, Earle, 25, could be seen leaning over to whisper something in Brady's ear while she rubbed her hand along his back. The two were also seen sharing a laugh.
Hours after the pair were spotted together, Brady reshared a post about "beautiful" people on his Instagram Stories, along with three red heart emojis, set to Lil Wayne’s "Let It All Work Out.”

"People are not beautiful for how they look or speak. They're beautiful for how they love, care and treat others," the post read, alongside a picture of two monks smiling at each other and holding hands.
After the holiday, the FOX Sports analyst revealed on his Instagram Stories on Jan. 1 that he had returned home to Miami. He shared a scenic shot of his luxurious pool surrounded by palm trees.
"Home sweet home,” he wrote over the image. He added Zach Bryan’s “Pink Skies” as background music in the post.
Brady finalized his divorce from ex-wife Gisele Bündchen — with whom he shares two children, daughter Vivian, 13, and son Benjamin, 16 — in 2022 after 13 years together. He is also dad to 18-year-old son Jack from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

As for Earle, PEOPLE confirmed in December that she and her NFL player boyfriend Braxton Berrios had officially split after more than two years of dating.
“It’s just been really hard to process in general, and I think why I’ve been scared to say something is because I feel like it just makes it more real,” Earle later said in an emotional TikTok video. “Braxton and I are no longer together. We have been doing long distance since basically June, and we haven't gotten to see each other that often.”
